Many communities where we work especially in peri urban and slum areas are struggling with waste management. Poor management of waste has led to the outbreak of diseases and escalated environmental destruction.

Most of this waste goes into the rivers and lakes and compromise the water quality.  It is for this reason that we started a program, Turning trash into Treasure.  

Under this program we turn plastics old jerry cans car tyres e.t.c into gardens. Putting them into good use enables our beneficiaries to have food as well as have an income.
